Termite Liquid

Termite Liquid Treatment

Our Process

The process starts with thoroughly inspecting the property to identify termite activity and potential entry points.

Before applying any product, our termite technician will prepare the area around the structure. The termite technician dig trenches in the soil and drills holes in any concrete around the foundation to prepare the area. Our technician spaces drill holes several feet apart and extends them to the foundation footings.

The termite product is mixed with water according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The technician applies the diluted mixture to the trenches and drill holes. Evenly distributing it to create a continuous barrier around the perimeter of the structure.

Termite Barrier

The termiticide establishes a barrier that either repels termites away from the structure or eliminates them upon contact. Additionally, it can spread among termite colony members, aiding in colony elimination.

After applying the product, our technician will backfill the trenches and seal the drill holes with mortar or plugs.

Our work is warranted for one year from the date of treatment. After that, we recommend annual inspections to ensure long-term effectiveness.

Liquid termite products vary in active ingredients and longevity. Always consult with a professional pest control company to determine the most suitable treatment plan for your specific situation. Termiticides break down over time, and reapplications may be necessary over the years.

  • What is the Difference Between Termite Bait Stations vs Liquid Treatment?

Both of these treatments are an effective way to treat and control termites.

Liquid Treatment: Termites are either repelled or killed when they come into contact with the treated soil.

Bait System: Termites consume the bait and carry it back to the colony. Once back at the colony, termites share it with other members, including the queen. This, over time, leads to colony elimination.
